The house has been beautifully restored by the previous tenant, an old farmer who once cultivated the lands of the Castle of Fougis. Situated amidst a picturesque courtyard, both the house and its surroundings boast a stunning view of the renowned Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and the magnificent Castle of Fougis. This charming detached house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a large bedroom with a double bed, and an additional room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. There is a bathroom and toilet that serve these two rooms, as well as an extra toilet located in a spacious lobby.Heading upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. If needed, an extra bed can be provided.
Outside, the house boasts a sunny terrace where you can unwind while enjoying the breathtaking view of the nearby sculpture park. Convenient parking is available within the property. Additionally, guests have access to tennis and table tennis facilities, as well as a private lake for swimming.
For those seeking outdoor adventures, the area offers various hiking trails, canoeing, quad biking, karting, and other exciting sports activities.
To ensure a comfortable stay, a weekly set of towels and bed linen is included in the price.
