Price Beach of Homes:Our rates are designed for families of 3 or more, as well as individuals or couples. Throughout the year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and globetrotters can take advantage of reduced rates during the off season. We offer comfortable cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bikes with child seats for your convenience.
For 1 to 2 persons:
During the low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15), our best rate including VAT is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for 1 to 2 persons. This equates to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person (if there is only one person, the fixed price of 10,800 XPF applies). In the high season (April to October), the rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 persons, which is 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person (again, one person pays the fixed price of 12,800 XPF). Intended for families looking for medium to long-term stays, our accommodations offer the following amenities:- A spacious and fully-equipped new house with a private kitchen. (1) See detailed notes at the bottom of the page.

- Close proximity to a new catering service (50 meters) and a small snack bar (150 meters).
- We can stock your fridge before your arrival.
- Enjoy various sea and land activities, guided by a local Polynesian who can introduce you to the island and the manta rays (April to August). The rate for activities is 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center will provide free transportation to and from the residence.
- We now have a specially-designed 4X4 vehicle for land exploration activities, available upon request.
- Join Albert, our storyteller guide, on a tour of the island to visit ten legendary sites.
For a truly relaxing holiday, we offer a convenient meal delivery service directly to your house's terrace, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beach and lagoon during a beautiful sunset. We also provide a flexible boarding service to cater to your specific needs, so you are not bound by a fixed meal plan. This allows you to take advantage of various services, manage your budget, and enjoy a free and unrestricted holiday experience.
We have partnered with a nearby popular catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality. They can deliver meals and breakfasts directly to your beachfront terrace.
Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. We offer a fridge stocking service upon presentation of your shopping list, and the cost of the groceries will be charged at the store price plus 800 XPF (6.7 €) for the service.
Near the residence, you can find a small snack bar called "Mimi" on Tereia Beach, open daily until 3 pm. In the village, there is a small bakery and a restaurant where you can expect to spend around 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (10 to 15 €) per person. Additionally, there is a pizza place that charges 200 XPF (1.68 €) per slice (3.5 to 4 km away, or 2 km via a more adventurous but scenic road).
Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, you have the opportunity to explore other beautiful locations for lunch or dinner, particularly on the nearby motus (islets). However, availability is subject to reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.
A limited weekend menu is available for Saturday and Sunday nights, which you can find attached.
There is a new convenience store called "KOKI" (run by Mark and Melissa) open daily from 7 am to 8 pm, including Sundays. We can make a stop there during your transfer if needed.
Located on the island, you have the freedom to explore nearby areas by foot.

Directions
To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to Maupiti Island, you will need to take a flight. Upon arrival at Maupiti, there is a transfer package available for 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person. Children between 2 and 12 years old will receive a half-price discount, while babies travel for free. This fee will need to be paid before departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on an islet (motu). You can take the shuttle boat to the village settlement, which costs 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. Lai, the manager, will greet you with a traditional Polynesian welcome and a flower lei upon arrival at Maupiti Residence.
