Cozy Furnished Apartment with Sea View and BalconyWelcome to our fully furnished T2 apartment, boasting 36 m² of space and a balcony with a stunning side sea view. Located in the newly renovated section of the promenade, it offers direct access to a wide beach.
Convenience is key, as all shops in Arago and the hyper-Sands center are just a stone's throw away. You can easily find free parking on the street, and the train station is a mere 15-minute walk from the apartment.
Perfect for up to 5 guests, the apartment features a main room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your convenience.
Our apartment is available for rent throughout the year, with rates as follows:
- From November 17th to June 29th: Enjoy a week-long stay for only 305, including all utilities.
- During the season, rates range from 350 to 595 depending on the time of year.
- For shorter stays outside of school holidays, we offer the option of a two-night stay for 125, with an additional charge of 40 per night.
