Rent a charming, fully renovated detached house on a family property, perfect for 2 to 4 people. This cozy 20 m2 house is surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and wooded environment. The property is securely fenced, ensuring your privacy.Inside the house, you will find a comfortable living room equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The sofa easily converts into a comfortable bed, providing sleeping space for two people. The house also features a shower room with a toilet.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella. There is no vis-à-vis, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

If you need additional sleeping space, there is the possibility of two extra beds in the mezzanine. However, please note that the access to the mezzanine is impracticable.
The location of the house is ideal, close to the Orient Forest Park, just 10 minutes away from the lakes. It is also conveniently located 5 minutes from the Troyes/Dienville bike path, as well as a supermarket. Troyes, with its magnificent architectural heritage and famous factory outlet stores, is only 10 minutes away. Additionally, the amusement park Nigloland is a 30-minute drive from the property.
The house is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, and the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. For a full week, from Saturday to Saturday, the price is 200 euros. If you are interested in a longer stay, please contact us.
We also offer additional services, such as the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels and towel rental for 5 euros, rental of baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros, and a cleaning fee of 20 euros upon departure.

Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
