The Villa is available for booking all year round. With a spacious area of 170 sqm, it is conveniently located on a single level and features two large shaded terraces. The villa also offers a delightful Provencal style barbecue near the pool area, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink or dinner before or after a game of bowling.With its stunning views of the Rhone Valley, vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and the Alpilles, the villa provides a truly breathtaking experience. The private pool, which is both heated and secure, measures 11m x 5m and ensures complete privacy. The 1200 sqm plot surrounding the villa boasts beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants, as well as a spacious area for ball games.
Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Senseo machine. The dining and relaxation area features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray / DVD player.
The villa accommodates a total of 8 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with double beds (160X200), two bedrooms with two single beds (90X200), and one bedroom equipped with three single beds (90X200), complete with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (16 sets available). Additionally, there are two cots with foam mattresses for your convenience.

1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Proceed on the D 994 in the direction of PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 until you reach BARJAC.
4. Turn left onto the D 901, heading towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. Ascend on the left towards the village and the cross.
6. After passing the village, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
