We offer various rental options including the entire villa, Trouloulou suite with integrated bathroom, Paul suite with bathroom reserved on the landing, Paul room with shared bathroom (with Virginie), and Virginie room with shared bathroom (with Paul). Kindly inform us of your choice of rooms or any taxi requirements.

Your quote will be provided based on your specific conditions of stay and the number of people. The pricing examples for the villa or bed and breakfast guest house are as follows: For a minimum rental of 15 days, the rates are per day and per month for four people. The maximum capacity is seven people in an empty house and four people in the guest house. Additional charges may apply for more than four people, with a supplement of 20 per person per day in high season and 15 per person per day in low season. Please refer to the calendar for the definition of low and high seasons.

The pricing for the low season in an empty house or high season in the guest house, with our presence, is 1280 per month or 42 per day for four guests. For high season in an empty house without our presence, the rate is 1480 per month or 49 per day for four guests.

Please note that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities. The presence of the owner is possible and desirable, but please inform us if you prefer otherwise. Please be aware that our presence is planned from August to February 2024 in 2023.

For long-term rentals exceeding three months, a special rate of 1100 per month is offered for a maximum of four people. Please note that these rates are provided for reservation convenience and may be slightly increased depending on the length of stay and the season. Additional supplements such as weekly rates, weekend rates, and cleaning fees apply and will be payable upon arrival.

We offer free WiFi throughout the property and shared facilities including the swimming pool, tennis courts, living room, dining room, and terrace. Parking is available 24/7 with a guard. For any inquiries or bookings, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

"Welcome to our charming rental property, a comfortable house with a Mauritian Creole aesthetic. The house consists of a suite, two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. Each room is generously sized and includes a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The interior of the house has been tastefully decorated with colonial paintings, and both the interior and exterior walls and ceilings have been recently redone.

The location is ideal, as it is only 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grandbaie Center, 2 kilometers from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers, and 5 kilometers from the beach of Pereybère. Additionally, it is a short 15-minute walk to the city center of Grand Baie. There is a bus stop conveniently located 50 meters away, with frequent and affordable buses that can take you to various nearby destinations.

The rental property offers a range of amenities for your convenience and enjoyment. The fully air-conditioned villa is 136 square meters and has been perfectly maintained. The dining room and TV lounge open onto the terrace and the exotic garden, providing a lovely space to relax and entertain. In the shared residence, you will find a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by mango and coconut trees and other exotic plants. The poolside barbecues are perfect for enjoying this little corner of paradise. Additionally, there are two tennis courts available for use.

The property is also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes by bus. If you prefer to cook your own meals, you will find a large modern and well-equipped kitchen at your disposal.

The rental property comes fully furnished with all necessary amenities, including household appliances, kitchenware, and linens. Please note that there are personal belongings stored in two locked cupboards on the property.

To ensure a pleasant stay, there are a few guidelines to follow. The rental property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and any additional guests must be approved by the owner. The tenant must report any anomalies or issues to the owner immediately. A security deposit of 400 euros is required to cover any damages or additional expenses, and it will be refunded within one month after deduction of any costs incurred.

Both the tenant and the owner have certain obligations outlined in the rental agreement, and insurance is recommended for long-term rentals.
