Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and parking is available on a quiet street.

The house is conveniently located near Bordeaux (5 km) and has easy access to Bordeaux Conforexpo, Vinexpo, and other events. It is also in close proximity to hospitals such as Haut-Lévêque, Xavier Arnozan Pellegrin, St. Martin, and Mutualiste, as well as universities and colleges in Talence and Copenhagen. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a direct bus to Bordeaux on-site, a 5-minute walk to the train station, and a 10-minute tram ride. The international airport is only 10 minutes away, and the ocean beaches can be reached within 30 minutes.

Welcome to Aquitaine Residences, a 3-star independent cottage that is open all year round. This beautifully renovated and fully equipped cottage is located within a house type 3, offering a spacious area of 75 m2.

With a sleeping capacity of 5 people, the cottage features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has both a double bed and a single bed. We also provide a baby bed and a high chair free of charge, subject to availability. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a shower, and there are two separate toilets for your convenience.

The living room is furnished with a TV, DVD player, and internet connection, ensuring entertainment and connectivity during your stay. The dining area is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Additional amenities include a storeroom, laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. Step outside onto the terrace, where you can relax on the outdoor furniture provided.

Parking is available on the quiet street, and the cottage is conveniently located near Bordeaux (5 km) and provides easy access to Bordeaux Conforexpo and Vinexpo. Our packages are available for 1-4 persons, with weekly rates ranging from 543 to 616 euros depending on the season. During school or summer holidays, the cottage is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday. Please note that the maximum capacity of the cottage is 5 people.
