Welcome to our charming guest rooms situated in a picturesque country house nestled on the sun-kissed slopes of Passy. Perched at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level, our tranquil hamlet offers breathtaking vistas of the majestic Mont Blanc and Mont Joly. Equipment:On the first floor, there are five bedrooms, each equipped with a washbasin. There are three rooms with one double bed, one room with two single beds, and one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. The first floor also features two shared showers and two shared toilets for the convenience of the guests.
On the ground floor, there is one additional toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a beautiful bay window overlooking Mont Blanc, and a cozy lounge area. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout the entire house.
Please note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Directions
To reach Passy, take exit 21 on the A40. Once in Passy, follow the main road towards the town center. If you are coming from the capital, head towards Sallanches on the D13. Look out for the path of Regards which will be on your left about 800 meters ahead.
