Groundfloor:The groundfloor features a spacious kitchen (16 m2) equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas cooker (oven + 4 burners), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, electric carver, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, raclette set, fondue set, and hoover.
There is also a cozy dining room (14 m2) for enjoying meals together.
The bathroom (4 m2) is equipped with a shower and there is a separate toilet (2 m2) available.
First floor:
Upstairs, there is a comfortable living room (20 m2) with a TV, CD/DVD player, amp, and speakers for entertainment.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 1 (11 m2) features a double bed, while Bedroom 2 (16 m2) has two single beds. Bedroom 3 (16 m2) also has a double bed. Upon request, one of the double beds can be replaced with two single beds.
Additionally, there is a bathroom (6 m2) with a bath/shower and toilet.
Outside:
The property offers a barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining and relaxation. Children will enjoy the available games such as a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit. There is also private parking available.
