There are shops and restaurants conveniently located nearby. The house is ideally positioned between the Arrée Mountains, Huelgoat, and Morlaix.

Located in a quiet village in Scrignac, the house offers a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. The mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.86m, includes a double bed for two people. Amenities include electric heating, a washing machine, TV DVD, and a microwave. The terrace is enclosed and equipped with a lounge area, deck chair, and barbecue. Sheets are provided.
