This restored farmhouse is nestled among vineyards and offers a comfortable living space. It includes a cozy living room and a lounge area with an Alsatian stove. The spacious dining room, which also serves as a kitchenette, is equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster grill. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.For families with young children, we provide a cot, a high chair, and a baby trot. Upstairs, you will find three charming bedrooms named Provence, Prairie, and Oceans, each offering a unique ambiance.
Guests have access to parking and a private entrance through the garden. The outdoor patio is designed in a "Moorish" style and features a summer kitchen, a bar, and a barbecue area. You can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the 8x4 pool. Additionally, we offer parking spaces specifically designated for motorcycles, jet skis, and quads.
Please note that the pool was installed in 2011 and there is also the option to accommodate quads and jet skis in separate storage areas.

Personne très accueillante avec le cur sur la main ( sa été notre papy des vacances). Endroit très calme avec superbe piscine. Nous l'avons recommander à nos proches. Sa été que du bonheur, nous y retournerons très prochainement.

Directions
Take the A10 highway and exit at exit 38, which is labeled as Paris-Bordeaux or Bordeaux-Paris. After passing through the toll booth, follow the signs towards St Caprais de Blaye for approximately 4.5 kilometers. Look for the church route that leads to Calvary and continue following the signs for Richebonne. At a fork in the road, keep left. Finally, you will arrive at a home with stone walls and blue shutters.
When on the N137 axis, which connects Mirambeau and Blaye, look for the area designated for motorhomes. Take a left turn towards the center of St Caprais, following the signs that lead to the church. Take the same path until you reach your destination.
