Location:The cottage is situated in Chautagne Motz, which is conveniently located at the intersection of three departments: Savoie, Haute-Savoie, and Ain.
The town offers a fantastic mix of sports and nature, with various amenities just 2 km away. These include a supervised water area during the summer months, two tennis courts, a roller skating rink, a tree trail, and a restaurant.
Additionally, the cottage is only 15 km north of Lac du Bourget, where visitors can enjoy a beach, pedal boats, water skiing, and another restaurant.

This terraced house measures approximately 65 m2 and comes with a lovely garden (around 25 m2) complete with garden furniture and a BBQ.
There are two parking spaces available in front of the house, and a basement with a washing machine and dryer (which can also store two bikes).
The cottage provides five adult bikes, including one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others.
There are three bedrooms in total:
Bedroom 1 - a double bed (140 cm)
Bedroom 2 - a double bed (120 cm) and a loft bed (90 cm, elevated)
Bedroom 3 - a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). This room can accommodate three people.
For an additional charge of 5 euros per person per day, an extra mattress can be provided in bedroom 3, and there is also a sofa bed (130 cm) in the living room.
Bed linen and towels are included, and kitchen linen is provided.
Kitchen equipment includes a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a dishwasher.
There is enough tableware for 7 people.
The living room is equipped with a TV, VCR, DVD player, mini HiFi, WiFi, board games, and a library.
Other amenities include a hairdryer, a fan heater, two fans, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, a floor vacuum cleaner, and an upstairs vacuum cleaner.
Baby equipment such as a high chair, a changing table with a newborn bath, a chamber pot, and a stroller are also available.
Babysitting services can be arranged, and pets are welcome.
