The flat can accommodate up to 2 persons (with an additional 90 cm bed available for 1 child).
Reservation Procedure:
To confirm your reservation, please submit the lease agreement and make a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost.
Condition of the Flat:
Upon arrival and departure, the flat's condition will be assessed. Any damages or degradation to the premises or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest to repair.
Keys and Security:
A security deposit equivalent to the rental price is required when receiving the keys. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damages are found.

Linen is available for rent. The cost is 4 euros for a pair of sheets and 3 euros for 2 towels per person.
