Discover our spacious loft-style holiday home, "The Coach-House," located in the former coach-house of the historic Cahuzac Castle. With a capacity for up to 14 guests, this stunning property offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.

Each of the five bedrooms features air conditioning and a private bathroom, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all. You'll also have exclusive access to your own heated swimming pool, guaranteeing privacy and tranquility throughout your vacation.

Inside the 2,500 ft² holiday home, you'll find a fully equipped open kitchen with modern amenities, including a water island, dishwasher, washing machine, and American refrigerator. The large dining table comfortably seats 14 people, while the cozy seating area around the fire stove provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. For entertainment, there is a separate TV room with a flat screen and DVD player, as well as WiFi throughout the property.

The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be merged into a double bed), and a dormitory that can accommodate six people with three bunk beds. The dormitory also features a table football (kicker), perfect for keeping the kids entertained.

Outside, the private swimming pool is cleaned with salt electrolysis and heated with a heat pump, ensuring the water is always at the perfect temperature. For added safety, there is a low hard cover that can be closed, providing child safety and preserving the pool's heat. The large wooden terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in the sunshine. The private garden, located on the edge of the 12-acre castle estate, provides a serene and picturesque backdrop for your stay.

Situated in the Midi-Pyrenees region, in the Tarn department on the border of Haute-Garonne and Aude, our holiday home offers easy access to some of the most popular tourist cities in the area. Carcassonne, Toulouse, and Albi are all within a short distance, making them ideal for day trips.

Within close proximity, you'll find the stunning La Montagne Noire, the charming town of Sorèze, the beautiful Lac St. Ferréol, and the vibrant towns of Revel, Castres, and Castelnaudary. With numerous shops, restaurants, and terraces nearby, you'll have plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

The holiday homes are set within the enchanting grounds of the 19th-century Cahuzac Castle, surrounded by a 12-acre park. This green and peaceful setting provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Our village Cahuzac is situated in the south of the Tarn, on the border of the Midi-Pyrenées and the Languedoc-Rousillon. It is nestled in a hilly landscape at the foot of the nature reserve known as "la Montagne Noire" or the Black Mountain.

In close proximity to our village, you will find charming and picturesque villages and towns that offer a variety of restaurants and shops. One such village is Sorèze, located just 1.5 miles away. It is famous for its Abbey-school, which dates back to the 12th century and is situated in a historic site.

Another nearby town is Revel, only 4 miles away. Revel is known for its beautiful old wooden hall, crowned by a belfry. Every week, a market takes place in Revel that is considered one of the 100 most beautiful markets in France.

For those willing to venture a bit further, there are larger tourist towns worth visiting. Carcassonne is located 27 miles away, Toulouse is 34 miles away, and Albi is 37 miles away. These towns make for excellent day trips, offering a range of attractions and experiences.
