Cycling enthusiasts will find numerous options for excursions starting from the villa. One particularly enticing route is a newly created cycle path located around 900m from the villa, which takes riders along the scenic seafront and into the center of Nice, covering approximately 15 km.

Orange Suite:Recently renovated in 2010, the Orange Suite offers a comfortable and modern stay. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a large flat screen TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, safe, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, radio, CD and MP3 player. Located on the ground floor of the villa, the suite features windows that face south and east, providing ample natural light. Guests can enjoy a peaceful terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. With approximately 40m² of space, the suite includes a bedroom with a living area, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The teak furniture adds a touch of exotic charm. The suite features a double bed (160 x 200) and a comfortable sofa-bed, making it ideal for two people, but it can also accommodate up to four guests (see conditions). During the high season, the suite is typically rented by the week, while for the rest of the year, a minimum of 3 nights is required. Additionally, since 2013, there is a newly built and extensive outdoor kitchen under the pool house.

Also renovated in 2010, the Cherry Studio offers a similar size to the suite (40m²) and provides all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. To access the villa, follow these directions:
1. Drive into the center of Cagnes sur Mer, passing the central Place Charles de Gaulle.
2. Look for signs indicating the medieval old town and follow them.
3. As you continue driving, the road will narrow to a single lane between buildings. Keep going through the narrowing.
4. After about 80 meters, you will reach a fork in the road.
5. Take the right-hand road that slopes down slightly. Look for a sign that says "Val de Cagnes camping." This road is called chemin des Salles.
6. Use your mileometer to measure the distance of 1.8 kilometers from this point. Look for n° 93 chemin des Salles on the left-hand side.
7. When you see a row of 5 identical beige mail-boxes, a black gate (which is always open), and the start of a dirt-road, you have arrived.
8. Take the dirt-road and drive approximately 250 meters. The road will wind left and then right.
9. The villa, called Villa Peire Long, will be the first house on your right.
