Description for B&B:
Welcome! On the ground, you will discover a garden with two bedrooms and an independent studio, each offering a unique experience. The first room, known as the "Bird Room" due to its orange-themed decor, features a small kitchenette. This cozy space can accommodate up to four guests for one or two nights, but ideally, it is perfect for two people for longer stays. The beds in this room can be arranged separately. The second room, named "Imagine," spans 27 m² and is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle tucked away in a cupboard. The sink is located in the bathroom. This room is best suited for shorter stays.
Both rooms offer a separate bathroom, TV, WiFi, a chair, a desk, and a private entrance from the garden with parking facilities. The comfortable beds in each room are queen-sized (160 cm), ensuring a restful and tranquil stay. The presence of a fridge and microwave provides you with great freedom during your short visits.
You have the option to rent each room separately for 1, 2, or 3 people, or rent both rooms to accommodate a total of 7 people (feel free to contact me for more details). Each room has its own designated parking space and entrance. Upon arrival, I will provide you with a gate remote and room keys for your convenience.
For your late-night arrivals, we can accommodate you as long as payment is made in advance.
The location is conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk to bus lines 3 and 89, which will take you to Gorge du Loup and Vaise station, connecting you to the Lyon metro system. Additionally, Jubin Station is just a 15-minute walk away, providing direct access to Saint-Paul Lyon.
Cleaning services and towels are included in the price for your comfort.
