Monthly rental: $980.00, including all expenses.
Weekly rental: $310, including all expenses.
Weekend rental: $180 for 3 nights, including all expenses. (Sample selection: M, J, V, S or D, V, S, D or V, S, D, L)
Additional night: $40.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required upon receipt of the contract.

Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Available for monthly or longer rentals (maximum 3 months).
Invoice will be issued and must be paid earlier in the month.
Monthly contract renews automatically unless one month notice is given.

Deposit: $400 per month (to be paid on the day of inventory).

Ground Floor:
This exceptional gite features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The living room is furnished with comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. Additionally, there is an ironing board, table, and chairs for your convenience. A small area is dedicated to a toilet with a mill and a handwashing station, along with storage space.

First Floor:
Ascend to the mezzanine level where you will find a charming bedroom with a cozy 140-sized bed and a dressing area. The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower, a basin, and a toilet. For your convenience, a washing machine is also provided in the bathroom.
