We offer a unique and independent accommodation experience on the ground floor, with a bright and spacious 40 m2 apartment. To make your stay even more convenient, we provide basic food products for breakfast.Located in the charming village of Flers in Villeneuve d'Ascq, our cottage is nestled in a quiet area with plenty of shops and excellent transportation options nearby, including the metro, bus, and train. As a completely independent space, we have taken care of every detail to ensure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Conveniently situated, you can reach the center of Lille within 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes by car via the nearby motorway.
Our accommodation is ideal for executives on the move, business travelers, seminars, exhibitions, or training purposes. For sports enthusiasts, you can enjoy a refreshing jog starting right from our guest apartment, exploring the beautiful countryside and lakes of Villeneuve d'Ascq at distances of 2.5km or 10km.
The apartment features a comfortable bedroom, a well-equipped shower room and separate toilet, a desk with wireless internet access, a library, a dining area, and a separate kitchen with a fridge and microwave. The price for a night's stay is 75€, and please note that smoking is not allowed.
