The house is situated in the charming village of Godewaersvelde, which is listed as a heritage site in the heart of the Monts de Flandres. It is conveniently located just a few kilometers from the Belgian border and is easily accessible. Godewaersvelde is only 30 minutes away from Lille and the Opal Coast, and 10 km from Poperinge. This historic house, built in 1870, offers a delightful setting for both business and leisure stays in the region. On the first floor of the house, there are three spacious and comfortable boutique guest rooms, all belonging to the owners. The Sweet Duplex room is 35m2 and features a living room with a sofa bed (140/200), a bed (160/200), a bathroom with a shower (120/90) and basin, and a separate toilet. The Garden of Dreams room is approximately 25m2 and includes a bed (160/200), a futon sofa, a bathroom with a corner bath and basin, and a separate toilet. Both rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom is 25m2 and has a double bed, a private shower room, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with books and brochures available for guests, as well as a veranda with board games. Meals can be arranged upon reservation. The house also boasts a 1900 m˛ enclosed garden, as well as a secure storage area for bicycles. Guests can relax in the garden lounge. The property is conveniently located near several popular tourist destinations, such as Belgium (7 km), Cassel (15 km), Ypres (22 km), Bray-Dunes (38 km), Lille and Saint-Omer (40 km), Malo-les-Bains (46 km), and Louvre-Lens (58 km). Travel Directions:
If you are coming from Dunkerque, take the A25 / E42 and exit at Steenvoorde / Poperinge, which is Exit 13. Follow the signs for Poperinge. At the first roundabout, take the last exit and go around the roundabout. At the second roundabout, continue straight. At the third roundabout, take the first right towards Godewaersvelde. Keep going for approximately 3 km until you reach the village center. The house will be on your right, about 500 meters after the entrance sign. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence of the house to find your way.

If you are coming from Lille on the A25 / E42, take exit 12 for Bailleul center / Méteren. Turn right and enter Méteren. Then, take the first left onto Rue des 4 son Aymon, following the signs for Godewaersvelde. Continue for approximately 7 km, passing through the Mont des Cats, until you reach Godewaersvelde. At the entrance of the village, go straight until you reach the stop sign. Continue straight and you will find the house on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence for guidance.

If you are coming from Bailleul, head towards Méteren. In Méteren, take a right turn onto Rue des 4 son Aymon, following the signs for Godewaersvelde. Continue for approximately 7 km, passing through the Mont des Cats, until you reach Godewaersvelde. At the entrance of the village, go straight until you reach the stop sign. Continue straight and you will find the house on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence for guidance.
