It offers a charming living and dining area (45 m2) with a fireplace that opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, providing a stunning panoramic view of Dieulefit. The house also features a separate TV room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a water room with a washing machine and toilet. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, including two with double beds (140) and one with four bunk beds (90). The house is centrally heated with fuel and guests have access to a shared barbecue. This property is available for rent throughout the year and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The weekly rate is 450 Euros, while the weekend rate (2 days) is 130 Euros. The village is approximately 2 kilometers away. Additional services offered include a fixed price for the provision of linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning (100 Euros).
