Originally constructed in the year 1680, this farmhouse offers a unique and exceptional catered chalet accommodation experience. La Ferme du Chateau combines the charm of tradition with the comforts of modern luxury. Situated in the heart of the picturesque farming village of La Chapelle d'Abondance, it provides convenient access to various activities, as well as bars, shops, and restaurants.

Our 5-star quality accommodation is offered at an affordable price. La Ferme du Chateau features six ensuite bedrooms, each of which can be arranged as twin or king-size double rooms. Most of these bedrooms can easily accommodate additional beds without compromising on comfort, allowing for a maximum capacity of 18 guests. Furnished to a high standard, our bedrooms boast 5-star hotel quality beds, Egyptian cotton linen, luxury toiletries, cozy dressing gowns, hairdryers, and iPod docking stations. Each room also has access to a south-facing balcony, with one bedroom even offering a private balcony. Additionally, a sunken hot tub on the lower balcony provides the perfect indulgence after a day of activities.

The living and dining area is exceptionally spacious, featuring a central wood-clad open fire. With six large sofas for relaxation, a TV area on the minstrel gallery, a cozy reading snug, a dining area, and a separate south-facing balcony, this living space offers ample room to unwind and enjoy aperitifs.

At La Ferme du Chateau, we prioritize good food and wine. Alongside the farmhouse's comfort and spaciousness, we provide excellent dining experiences as an integral part of our Savoie Faire Holiday. During the winter season, we offer a cooked English breakfast and afternoon tea daily, as well as a 4-course evening meal with wine on six nights. We also provide the flexibility for guests to explore local restaurants on one evening. Additionally, we offer an option for early children's supper.

Our commitment to excellent service sets us apart as an owner-run chalet. From the moment you arrive at Geneva, we take care of all your needs. Ski hire will be readily available upon your arrival, and ski passes and refreshments will be waiting for you at the chalet. We offer daily pick up and drop off from the slopes, transportation to various après-ski bars, and can help organize trips to the thermal center, ski lessons, and more.

We offer flexibility in our services. During the winter season, the farmhouse is available on a catered basis for holidays and breaks lasting three or more days. In the summer, we offer the farmhouse on a self-catered, bed and breakfast, or half-board basis (including breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course evening meal with wine).

La Ferme du Chateau is also an ideal venue for special events. Whether it's weddings, milestone birthdays, or corporate events such as management training courses, senior management meetings, or team-building exercises, our farmhouse can accommodate and cater to your needs.
