The living room features a fireplace with firewood and beams, and opens onto a large south-facing terrace through a double glazed glass door. The terrace is enclosed with a glass wall for child safety, and garden furniture is arranged around the barbecue.
The sleeping area consists of a corridor leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a double glazed picture window opening under a southeast-facing pergola. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, an electric towel dryer, a shower-bath, and storage drawers. There is also a tiled worktop between the towel rail and bath for baby changing.
The villa is heated by electric heating. There is a third bedroom with two single beds facing west, and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
On the ground garden level, there is a pool secured by wrought iron gates and surrounded by a spacious terrace that is naturally sheltered and offers privacy. The pool area is inaccessible to young children.
The property includes a garage for one car and private parking for three cars. Please note that the owner occupies a separate studio on the ground garden level.
