This accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of two rooms. It has a private entrance and a terrace. The main room includes a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Crockery is also provided. There is a dining area and a lounge with a television, books, games, video player, and WIFI access.The bedroom features a large and comfortable bed with beautiful countryside views. There is also a new fireside area with a stove and armchairs. The accommodation has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower.
On the terrace, there is a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue for outdoor dining. Additionally, garden loungers are available in the private park.

Welcome to ‘La Louvière’ at Moulin de la Louve, located in the picturesque Parc du Morvan, in the beautiful region of Burgundy, France.We are delighted to offer a charming two-room self-catering accommodation in a historic water mill, available for nightly or weekly rentals (minimum of two nights). Our property is situated in a vast and secluded area, surrounded by stunning hills and a tranquil stream.
Whether you are seeking a convenient stopover, house hunting in the area, exploring the rich history and gastronomy of the region, or simply looking to unwind and relax, our gite is the perfect choice. We are conveniently located just 5 kilometers from Saulieu, and a short distance from the Chamboux Lake, where you can enjoy fishing, water sports, or a refreshing swim. Additionally, we are only 30 minutes away from the Avallon motorway exit on the A6, making it easily accessible from the south.
Situated on the first floor of the mill, our fully equipped and private cottage offers a spacious and tastefully decorated living space. The large room includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sitting room. We provide a selection of books, music, DVDs, and CDs for your entertainment. The bedroom features a luxurious double bed, and there is a separate shower room and WC for your convenience.

Directions
To travel, depart from the South Motorway and exit at Avallon. Proceed along the N6 towards Saulieu, and then take the D15 road towards Autun. Upon reaching the small hamlet of Macon, make a left turn, followed by a right turn after passing the small lake.
