Located near the village of Lauzerte, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", you will be warmly welcomed into this exceptional country barn. Renovated and boasting a surface area of 680 m², it sits on a 4 hectare plot with a heated swimming pool and a tropical garden, offering a serene and relaxing environment. The medieval town of Lauzerte, with its array of shops and amenities, is just a stone's throw away. Don't miss the typical market on Wednesdays and Saturdays mornings, as well as the gourmet markets in July and August. There are plenty of leisure activities to enjoy, including swimming, fishing, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, parachuting, golf, and hot air ballooning.

The accommodation consists of the following:

- The "Saffron" suite, featuring two separate bedrooms (one with a 140 cm four-poster bed) and another bedroom with three 90 cm beds. It also includes a bathroom and toilet.
- The "Bamboo" small suite, comprising two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed) and a small attic bedroom with a 90 cm bed. It is equipped with air conditioning and has a bathroom and toilet.
- The "Lilac" room, with either two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm x 200 cm bed. It has its own bathroom and toilet.

First floor rental:

This rental offers a spacious and comfortable living space. The living room is 45m² and includes a dining area with a buffet dinner, a table, and four chairs. There is also a large sofa that can accommodate three people, along with a non-convertible coffee table. Entertainment options include an LCD flat screen TV with Freeview, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. Wifi is also available for guests.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, measuring 15m². It includes four induction plates, a hood, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a built-in electric oven. For added convenience, there is a childproof dishwasher and a recessed microwave. All necessary dishes and appliances are provided.

A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, totaling 5.4m². The first bedroom is 18.50m² and features a double bed (160x200), a bedside cabinet, a chair, and a table. The second bedroom measures 12m² and has two single beds (90x200), shelves, and a bedside library. The third bedroom is 22m² and offers a double bed (140x200), a bedside cabinet, a secretary, and a chair.

There are two bathrooms in the rental. The first bathroom is 4.50m² and includes a shower (90x90), a basin, and a WC. A hairdryer is also provided. The second bathroom measures 7m² and features a shower (90x90), a basin, and a WC.

Directions

To get to your destination, follow these travel directions:

Start by setting your GPS to Lauzerte, and then continue towards Graulat (Auléry). From there, head towards Toulouse and Cahors, which are 35km and 98km away respectively. Once you reach Montauban, continue for another 35km until you reach Moissac.

To reach Lauzerte, take the D 953 road towards Cahors. Drive for about 1 km until you reach the first left turn, which will lead you to a bridge.
