Welcome to our charming cottage, perfect for 2-4 people. With a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a lovely garden of 100 sqm, you'll have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.Conveniently located in Saint Lunaire, just 3 km from the city center, the sea, and the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo), our cottage offers the perfect combination of tranquility and accessibility.
The house was fully renovated in 2015 and features a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed for two, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate for your convenience.
The spacious bedroom offers a double bed and a single bed, while the bathroom is equipped with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.
Outside, you can relax on the large terrace or enjoy the privacy of the enclosed garden. We also provide private parking for your convenience.
Pets are welcome upon request and subject to prior agreement. We also offer end-of-stay cleaning services upon request.
From March to June, you can book our cottage for weekends and holidays. The cost for a minimum of 2 nights is 120, with each additional night priced at 40.
Please note that while our cottage is situated in a rural area, the use of a car is essential to explore the nearby seaside resorts such as Saint Malo (10 minutes away), Dinard (5 minutes away), and Mont Saint Michel (40 minutes away).
