Description for B&B:
You will have the unique opportunity to stay in the artist's studio and guest rooms, surrounded by their authentic, minimalist style and original artwork. The "white" chalet is nestled in the heart of Gorodka, surrounded by woods. When you make a reservation, you will have free access to the entire site and can visit the galleries, including "Folies Plastics," "Happy Protests," "Great Blue Dragonfly," and a night course. Our services go beyond the typical seasonal rentals in Périgord, as we aim to promote the rich artistic, cultural, and societal aspects of Gorodka.Gorodka is a place like no other, with 2 hectares of untouched timber that were transformed into a geo-artistic concept by the hands of artists and curious visitors. Pierre Shasmoukine, a multi-talented artist, painter, poet, writer, and self-proclaimed trans-social man, made this place come alive. Here, you will discover 500 works of art that combine inspiration, nature, madness, humor, love, and harmony.
We offer various amenities, such as a spacious free parking area available day and night, a laundry room with complimentary washing machine and dryer, WIFI access, a picnic area with tables, chairs, and BBQ facilities. Additionally, you can enjoy a special food experience called "Petit Chef at Home," which includes lunch for 4 to 6 people once during your stay (available from Sunday to Friday).
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs on the site, and access for individuals with physical disabilities may be difficult or impossible due to wheelchair accessibility constraints.
Take a virtual tour of Gorodka on Google Maps to get a glimpse of our unique offerings.
