Welcome to Mor Ha March, a stunning architect-designed house that promises tranquility and serenity all year round. Situated on a spacious 1800 m2 plot at the end of a quiet street, this property is perfectly positioned near Sarzeau's town center and the beautiful Roaliguen beach, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike.On the ground floor, you'll find a charming and fully furnished studio designed to accommodate two people comfortably. This studio boasts a private entrance and an 8 m2 terrace for your exclusive use. Inside, you'll discover a cozy sleeping area with a 140cmx200cm bed, a stylish sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, a dining area, and a flat-screen TV. The studio also features a well-appointed bathroom with a toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop (3 zones), oven, hood, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and ample storage space.
For your convenience, we provide all necessary dishes, bed linen, and towels. Additionally, a delicious breakfast can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of €10 per person.
