This lovely studio in Paris can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It is conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Montmartre and Canal St Martin. The studio is also close to both Gare du Nord (only 1 station away) and Gare de l'Est. Additionally, there is a direct line to Père-Lachaise.For those who enjoy spicy and exotic cuisine, the studio is situated near the Indian area where you can find affordable and delicious meals.
The studio is easily accessible, as it is only 200 meters away from two subway stations: Métro LA CHAPELLE on Line 2 and STALINGRAD on Line 7.
This 20 sqm studio (plus a small mezzanine) is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 1930s Haussman building. It was completely renovated in July 2010 and offers a comfortable sofa bed (160cm width) in the living room, as well as a 140 cm mattress on the mezzanine. The studio stays cool during the summer and provides a quiet environment.
The prices for this studio are very reasonable, starting at 350 € for a 7-night stay for 2 people. Each additional guest is only 7€ per night, and there is a 20€ fee for cleaning and laundry services. No deposit is required.

To reach the studio, there are two subway options available. The Métro La Chapelle on Line 2 is just 200 meters away. This line can take you directly to Montmartre in just 2 stops and to Père-Lachaise cemetery in 7 stops. Additionally, the bus 48, located in the same area, can bring you directly to the Louvre Museum. Another nearby option is the Métro Stalingrad on Line 7, also 200 meters away. This line provides direct access to Opéra (with a direct transfer from/to Roissybus CDG airport), Musée du Louvre, Pont-neuf (Notre-Dame, old Paris), and Chatelet (center of Paris).
If you prefer taking a taxi from either CDG or Orly airports, it should take around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the queue, time of day, and traffic. The cost for two people is approximately 30 to 40 euros. This option is recommended, especially if you are not traveling during rush hour. Many tourists get lost in the subway and end up taking 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours to reach the studio.
