Welcome to our unique and well-equipped house located in downtown. Situated in an old industrial building, which used to be a spinning mill, this atypical apartment offers utmost comfort and spans across 45sqm on the first floor, resembling a loft. With a stunning view of the Palais Fervaques and complete privacy, this accommodation boasts two bedrooms.Capable of accommodating up to four people, the minimum stay requirement is two nights. We offer a flexible arrival option, with the price starting at €180 for two nights, along with a tax of €0.85 per person per night. For each additional night, the rate is €90. We also provide discounts for longer stays exceeding a week.
One of the highlights of choosing our house is the included service package. Upon arrival, you will find your beds made, and the initial cleaning will be taken care of by our staff (excluding dishes and personal tidying). Additionally, we provide bathroom, table, and kitchen linen, along with a hospitality tray.
The accommodation features two bedrooms: one with a comfortable 160x200 bed, and a mezzanine area with two 90x190 beds. We can also provide a baby cot and a high table upon request.
The living room boasts two cozy sofas (a two-seater and a three-seater) and a dining area with a table that can seat four to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and an oven combination with microwave and grill functions. Other amenities include free wifi, a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, CD player, and radio.
The bathroom offers a high level of comfort and comes with a hairdryer, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. A separate toilet is also available for your convenience.

Directions
Take the A26 motorway and exit at junction 10, which is labeled "Saint-Quentin-centre". From there, head towards the "Palais de Fervaques" and the "office de tourisme". Make two consecutive left turns until you reach the Palais de Fervaques. Then, follow the signs indicating the direction of the "Temple". The destination is located at number 12, and there is a large parking area with 100 spaces right in front.
