Located in the charming hamlet of Les Chatres, near Cheniers in Creuse and Aigurande in Indre, our accommodation offers a comfortable double room for two adults and one small child. The room includes a private en suite shower room and toilet, with additional amenities such as a cot, high chair, and baby bath available upon request. In the room, you can also find tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a private lounge area equipped with a TV, WiFi, and a DVD player. For those who prefer dining outside, we have a lovely patio/terrace area available, weather permitting.To enhance your stay, we provide two adult bicycles for guests to use, allowing you to explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace. If you're interested, we also offer evening meals for an additional cost of 17.50 euros per person, including wine, upon request. We are happy to accommodate special dietary needs if informed in advance.
There are several nearby attractions to enjoy during your stay. Bourg dhem, just a 15-minute drive away, offers a sandy beach, pedalos for rent, and a bar/restaurant. The Tuilerie de Pouligny, only 5 minutes away, provides a museum experience and the opportunity to try your hand at pottery making.
Nature enthusiasts will be pleased to find that our location is perfect for bird watching, cycling, walking, and fishing. With two rivers, La Creue and La Petite Creuse, right at our doorstep, there are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.
If you are traveling by air, our chambre d'hotes is conveniently located just over an hour and a half from Limoges airport. For those coming from Calais, the journey is approximately 6-7 hours by car. Additionally, there are direct rail connections from Paris/Lille to Chateauroux and La Souterraine, making it easily accessible.
