The 400 m2 garden in front of the house is the perfect playground and relaxation spot for the entire family. The garden seamlessly connects with the rest of the family property. There is another house on the same property, but each house has separate access and they are positioned in a way that ensures privacy for all occupants. The house offers direct access to the GR34, which offers beautiful seaside walks towards Paimpol, Loguivy Sea, or Lézardrieux. You can even reach several beaches on foot. The three landscape pictures in the listing are just a 5-minute walk from the house.
