Welcome to our charming 3-star gite, proudly graded 3 Epis by Gites de France. Nestled in a picturesque setting, our gite offers a truly privileged experience. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our lustrous garden, adorned with vibrant flower beds and fruitful trees, as you delight in feeding the fish and ducks in the nearby pond.As you enter the property through a separate entrance, you will be greeted by a spacious and inviting terrace, perfectly positioned to capture the beauty of the landscape with its park and pond. Inside, a generously-sized lounge seamlessly connects to an open kitchen, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and socialization. The gite features two beautifully appointed rooms, each equipped with their own basins for added convenience.
For your personal comfort, a private shower room and WC are at your disposal. Step outside onto the terrace and indulge in al fresco dining with our garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Families with children will appreciate the inclusion of various games and a playground area, complete with seesaws and a sandbox.
Lastly, we are delighted to inform you that a scenic cycle lane awaits just outside our doorstep, offering a delightful route to the beach.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à la Dagoterie notre chambre était spacieuse et très bien décorée, un bon petit déjeuner nous attendait chaque matin composé de gâteaux fait maison et d'une salade de fruits frais. Merci à Claude et Joëlle pour leur acceuil, leur gentillesse et surtout d'être aux petits soins pour vos hôtes. Nous vous disons à l'année prochaine en tout cas nous l'espérons de tout coeur. A recommander sans hésitation
Accueil convivial, propriétaires sympas et très serviables. Chambre ainsi que toute la propriété pleines de charme. Le jardin est aussi à la disposition des hôtes et c'est un vrai paradis! Et le petit déjeuner était délicieux! Le pain, la confiture, les gateaux, tout était fait maison.

Directions
La Dagoterie is a hamlet situated between Talmont and the Ocean. It is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from Veillon Beach, the marina, and the Port-Bourgenay golf course, as well as being only 10 minutes from Sables d'Olonne.
Here are the travel directions to reach La Dagoterie:
- When you are on the outskirts of Sables d'Olonne, follow the signs directing you towards Talmont Saint-Hilaire / Lucon / La Rochelle.
- After passing the Vendee Automobile Museum, you will come across a roundabout. Take a right turn at this roundabout, following the signs towards Port-Bourgenay.
- Continue for approximately 1 kilometer and then take the first street on your right, which is called Rue de la Source. You will see camping signs for "Loyada" and "Le Paradis" indicating the way.
- At the end of Rue de la Source, you have arrived at La Dagoterie!
