Paula and Mike are excited to welcome you to this charming historic country house, constructed in 1750, just prior to the Revolution. Nestled in a serene and picturesque countryside, the house offers breathtaking views. Passed down through generations, it has been our beloved family home since the 20th Century. The house is spacious, tranquil, and provides utmost comfort.Outside, you will find beautiful gardens with a touch of wildness, adorned with numerous unique trees. Ample garaging and parking facilities are available.
Start your day with a generous continental breakfast served in a beautifully beamed salon, which opens up to the gardens through French doors. If you wish, we can also provide a delightful four-course evening meal with advance notice.
Located near the borders of Dordogne and Lot, just thirty minutes away from Brive la Gaillarde and an hour from Limoges, our house is easily accessible. We are conveniently situated only 10 minutes away from the A20 and A89 autoroutes, making it a perfect stopover for those traveling further south. Alternatively, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the stunning Correze, the Lot, and the Dordogne regions.
Please be aware that our house is not suitable for babies or young children.
Guests will have access to a spacious and elegant south-facing salon on the ground floor, which opens up to the gardens through French windows.
