This furnished ground floor villa (180m2) offers easy access for people with reduced mobility. It features 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds, 2 single beds, and a cot. The villa also has 3 bathrooms. The equipment provided includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, and internet access.The villa boasts a veranda with a sea view, which opens onto a spacious wooden deck. Additionally, there are two other shady terraces on either side of the villa. The property sits on a large garden of 1300m2 with fruit trees.
Vincendo beach is easily accessible, either by a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. This great beach offers several small coves of black sand. Please note that the beach appears from November until the end of the austral summer, and swimming is allowed but not supervised.
The villa is also conveniently located near Rivière Langevin and lava flows.
The price for renting the villa is 490 euros per week outside of meeting school holidays, 560 euros per week during meeting school holidays, and 290 euros for a weekend stay (arrival on Friday, departure on Sunday). Linen is provided, and cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee of 60 euros.
