Description for B&B:
This is a new rental property measuring 23m² that is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchenette. It has been labeled as a "Guest room Reference" by the Vendée Tourist Board. The property is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Parc Puy du Fou and is also close to various shops.Each room in the rental has its own private bathroom and toilet facilities, and can comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people. There is a separate entrance for each room, as well as parking facilities available.
On weekends (Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday), a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. During periods of cinéscénie, it is also possible to add Wednesday or Monday to the stay. However, there are no specific restrictions on other days.
The price for a night's stay starts from 55 for 2 people, depending on the number of nights, the specific room chosen, and the period of stay. In addition to this, there is a tourist tax of 0.44 per person per night.
For a nightly rate of 50 for 2 people, sheets, towels, and breakfast are not included.
