This charming and modern cottage in Labastide en Val is the perfect place to escape the stresses of everyday life. It offers all the comforts you need, including amenities for small children such as a booster seat, high chair, baby bath, and changing table.Follow the road along the water court and you'll discover small ponds and a natural water lake where you can swim and have a picnic. There's also a small alley next to the house that leads to a peaceful square where you can spend pleasant moments.
The interior of the cottage is well-equipped. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a refrigerator with freezer, oven, gas hob, dining area, and a lounge with a TV, DVD player, and a sofa bed. There's also WIFI access available.
On the first floor, you'll find a shower room with a toilet and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The second floor offers a bedroom with two single beds and a bed rail.
Labastide-en-Val is a charming village with around a hundred inhabitants. It's surrounded by woods, rivers, and fountains. The location is perfect for visiting the Cathar castles, exploring the Canal du Midi, discovering the medieval city of Carcassonne, and enjoying the diverse fauna, flora, and local wines of the Aude region.
Please note that electricity is not included in the price from October to April. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee of 50. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 25.
