This charming holiday home, covering an area of 35 sqm, is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It features two bedrooms with a choice of either two double beds or four single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic plates, a microwave, and a fridge freezer, and it opens onto a cozy living room with a sofa bed, TV, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, guests can enjoy their own private terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue.

For those looking to explore the nearby attractions, a cycle track is conveniently located just 600 meters away, providing easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon and Lake Parentis/Biscarrosse in less than 45 minutes. Bicycles are also available for guests to use at their convenience.
