This chalet, situated in a serene green environment, is the perfect place to unwind and find tranquility. Located just 3 minutes away from the center of Chamonix, this cozy and modern accommodation offers a comfortable space of 70 ². Built in 2015 on a historic farm dating back to 1795, it features exposed timbers and a mezzanine sleeping area. The interior boasts a refined decor with a touch of old wood and windfall elements. Great care has been taken to ensure soundproofing between rooms for maximum comfort.

The chalet includes a spacious fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room and dining area, facing the south-southwest. Two large windows brighten the room, one providing access to a private garden where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the majestic Glacier des Bossons. The other window opens onto a balcony.

The bedrooms also open onto a large balcony overlooking the Brevent and the Chain of Mont Blanc. The master bedroom features a 160 x 200 bed with French doors opening onto the balcony, along with an en suite bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 has trundle beds (2 x 90 x 190) and a patio door opening onto the balcony. Bedroom 3 is located in the mezzanine with a window opening to the outside. It has two beds measuring 90 x 190, accessible via a steep staircase. Please note that this room is not suitable for young children.

The chalet also offers a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and basin made of natural stone. Additionally, free internet access is provided. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet, and pets are not permitted.

There is a heated storage area on the ground floor for ski equipment, and ample private parking is available. Access to the chalet is through an internal staircase. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 22:00, and check-out is at 10:00.

For nature enthusiasts, there is the opportunity to go hiking or snowshoeing directly from the chalet. Immerse yourself in the peacefulness of the surrounding forest and reach the Bossons glacier in approximately 45 minutes.

Nous étions dans les premiers à loger dans ce chalet typique savoyard. Donc autant dire que tout était neuf , propre . Une très bonne impression en rentrant et cette impression reste tout le long du séjour . Déco magnifique faite avec goût , équipement de qualité , calme , bien situé, loin du tumulte du centre ville, très bien isolé donc nous avions bien chaud. Vue magnifique sur le pic du midi . La propriétaire plus que charmante nous a très bien guidé, reçus, conseillé. Vraiment sans point négatif . On ne retournera pas à Chamonix car trop de problèmes de stationnement mais si c'était le cas nous retournerions ici les yeux fermés .
