Welcome to The Barn at ARRION: a charming and comfortable barn located just 20 minutes away from the ocean in Landes. This delightful accommodation can sleep 4 to 12 people and offers a tranquil and peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

The barn features two adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed. There is also a bathroom with an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, and there is a cozy lounge area and a dining area with a 12-person table and a bar corner. The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded ground, providing a serene and secluded atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy the BBQ and outdoor warm shower.

The location of the barn is conveniently close to various attractions. It is 20 km from the ocean, with nearby beaches such as Messanges, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau. There are also lakes in the vicinity, including Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les-Dax, as well as the thermal town of Dax, which is only 16 km away.

For entertainment, the barn offers a range of activities, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, hikes into the forest, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide recommendations and assistance.

Additionally, ARRION guesthouse, located just 100 meters from the barn, can offer additional bed and breakfast accommodation.

The tarif for 2022 for 4 persons is as follows:

Welcome to the delightful and comfortable barn at ARRION, located just 20 minutes from the beautiful Landes coast. This spacious barn can accommodate 4 to 12 guests, with 2 bedrooms for 4 people and additional seating and dining areas for 8 campers from the same group (please note that tents are not provided).

Situated in a peaceful and secluded location surrounded by nature, the barn offers a tranquil retreat. It is conveniently located just 20 km from the ocean, with easy access to beaches such as Messanges, Soustons, and Vieux Boucau. The area is also close to lakes, including Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les Dax, as well as the thermal town of Dax, only 16 km away.

Inside the barn, you will find 2 adjoining bedrooms, one with a comfortable 140cm bed and the other with a spacious 160cm bed. A baby bed is also available. The bathroom features an Italian shower, 2 sinks, and a separate WC, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air. The barn also includes a cozy lounge area, a dining area with a large table for 12 people, and a bar corner. With a surface area of 150m², there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The barn is surrounded by 8 hectares of open wooded ground, providing a peaceful and natural environment. Outside, there is a BBQ for cooking up delicious meals, as well as an outdoor warm shower. For entertainment, there are various games and sports equipment available, including dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, hikes into the forest, croquet for children, volleyball, and badminton. Additionally, guests have access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The friendly owner lives nearby and is happy to provide advice and assistance during your stay.

- Weekly rentals only, with a minimum stay of one week.
- From mid-July to the end of August: €900 per week.
- Low season: €700 per week.
- Campers with their own tents are welcome at a rate of €10 per day per person, with children under 10 years old staying for free.
- A refundable deposit of €500 is required.
