The accommodation features two large glass windows facing south and west, providing plenty of natural light. Inside, the 40 m2 space includes a dining table with six chairs, a click clac sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a closet. Amenities include a television, telephone, and Téléséjour service. The kitchen area is equipped with a sink, two sleeping spaces, a gas stove with a large oven, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Additionally, there is crockery and utensils for six people, an electric coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster.

The main bedroom, measuring 20 m2, opens onto the terrace through a glass window and also has a large south-facing window. It is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a single sofa bed, a closet, and a writing desk. The second bedroom, spanning 15 m2, features two single beds and a closet. The bathroom includes a washbasin and shower, while the toilet is separate. Electric rolling shutters provide privacy and darkness when desired.
