Description for B&B:
All three of the renovated bedrooms are beautifully designed and distinct in their own way.The first room, named Francis, pays homage to the historical figure who stayed at the Castle in 1533 after his victory at Marignan. It embraces the grandeur of the era with its furniture and portraits of important figures sporting the fashionable wigs of Louis XIV.
The Marie Antoinette room captures the luxurious lifestyle that was praised by Talleyrand before the revolution. Complete with a hip bath and a toilet designed to indulge one's senses, it embodies a sense of liberation and indulgence.
For those who appreciate the elegance of the Second Empire, the Empire Room is highly recommended. Adorned with soothing gray walls and furnished with items reminiscent of Eugenie, this room provides a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The larger bottom Salon is the perfect spot for pre-dinner gatherings or post-dinner relaxation, especially when accompanied by a delightful plum aveyronnaise by the hearth on a cool night.
The cuisine at Chateau Canac perfectly complements the overall ambiance. The talented chefs at Busset skillfully express the flavors of the Aveyron region in their own unique way. For an even more extraordinary dining experience, guests can venture to the Moulin de Cambelong in Conques, located thirty kilometers away, to savor the nature-inspired cuisine. Gourmet packages, combining nights at Chateau Canac with meals at the Michelin-starred restaurant in Conques, are also available to satisfy the discerning palates of food enthusiasts. Join us at our table, my lords!
