Description:

Description for B&B:

This art deco style villa, rich in history, was designed by the renowned architect George Letélié (Prix de Rome) and constructed by Pierre Grizet, the esteemed architect of La Rochelle in the 1950s. Grizet's contribution to various projects in the city is notable.

Recently, the villa underwent a complete renovation in early 2016. During this process, great care was taken to preserve the building's unique identity. The original features were kept intact, blending harmoniously with a modern and exotic décor that showcases an array of tropical plants.

While conveniently located near the heart of the old city, including Place de Verdun, Vieux Port, and Competition Beach, the villa is tucked away from the bustling center, providing a peaceful oasis within its charming garden. Villa Verde offers a tranquil and relaxing ambiance, ensuring a delightful and successful stay.

As a Franco-Brazilian couple, we take great pleasure in welcoming you to our guest house. Its ideal location allows you to fully enjoy your time in La Rochelle. Our utmost desire is to provide a calm and inviting environment, where you will quickly feel at home.
