This charming Charente house from 1875 offers a delightful single level gîte for your stay. Connected to the owners' residence, this gîte features a kitchen/living room with included electrical heating. You will also find a comfortable shower room with a toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The shared garden, private area, terrace, and private parking add to the convenience of this accommodation.Additionally, guests have access to a shared swimming pool located on the private property, which is heated from April to October. Bed, household linen, and towels are all provided for your comfort. If desired, house cleaning services can be arranged upon request for a fee of €13 per hour. We also offer a canvas cot and high chair upon request.
The rental price includes all charges, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of forest tracks and foothpaths right at their doorstep.
