Located 25 Km North-West from Brest in Landada, the charming new cottage "Brise des Abers" offers accommodation for 2 to 6 persons. Situated in an enclosed garden, this cottage is perfect for those seeking comfort and a sunny exposure. The terrace, complete with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and barbecue, provides a delightful outdoor space to unwind.The ground floor features a lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering French and international channels, with direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes 4 hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more. Additionally, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160*200), a bathroom with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate WC.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with a sea view. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet. There is also another separate WC.

Experience the beauty of our well-maintained garden, perfectly situated to soak up the sun. Start your day with a delightful breakfast outside or savor the flavors of freshly purchased barbecue fish from the local market.As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a modern and comfortable interior. The ground floor features an open-plan design with a fully equipped living, dining, and kitchen area. The cozy lounge area offers international satellite TV, a DVD player, a sofa bed, and armchairs, providing seating for up to six people. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary dishware.
On the ground floor, you'll also find a master bedroom and a bathroom complete with a shower, wash basin, storage spaces, and a hairdryer. There is a separate toilet and a garage that includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
Moving up to the first floor, you'll discover an additional toilet and two bedrooms with stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two beds (90cm) and a wash basin.
The garden provides parking space for two cars, with automatic illumination for added convenience.
Our house is conveniently located just a 3-minute drive from Landéda, where you'll find various shops, a supermarket, and a weekly market. If you venture a bit further, Lannilis (5km away) offers three supermarkets and a wide range of shops.

Directions
To get to the house from Rennes, follow the RN 12 towards Brest. Just before reaching Brest, turn towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, head towards Lannilis on the D 13. From Lannilis, continue towards Landeda. In the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for about 1.5 km, take the road towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters away from the beach.
