Welcome to this charming residence in the commune of Réty, located in the peaceful village of Wioves. Situated within a spacious park of 1 hectare, exclusively reserved for our holiday guests, you will find tranquility and relaxation in this stunning 230m2 house.

Surrounded by an enclosed park with lush undergrowth and an orchard, this property offers complete privacy and is perfect for unwinding, exploring the area, or celebrating special events with your loved ones.

The house features 7 bedrooms, accommodating a total of 10 guests with 5 single beds and 5 double beds (160x200), as well as 3 baby beds. There are 3 bathrooms, equipped with showers, a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer.

The dining room is spacious and bright, providing a wonderful setting for meals, while the independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, 2 fridges, a freezer compartment, a cooking range, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, and toaster.

For relaxation and entertainment, there is a cozy independent lounge with a TV, DVD player, and WiFi access. Families with little ones will appreciate the provided baby beds, high chairs, and changing mat.

The park offers various amenities for both young and old, including a swing, petanque court, volleyball net, and badminton. Additionally, the orchard provides a delightful treat during the season with plums, mirabelles, apples, and pears.
