Introducing the charming new holiday cottage "Aux Pays des sucs" at Chazes Farm. Nestled in a tranquil green area, away from main roads and neighboring houses, this authentic little paradise offers a truly peaceful retreat. Situated 900 meters above sea level, in the heart of the "Sucs" (volcanic domes), the cottage boasts stunning views overlooking the Emblavez Valley.

The cottage, occupying 250m² of space, is divided into two sections. Half is occupied by the owners, while the other half is dedicated to the holiday cottage. The ground floor features a separate bedroom and a spacious activities area, with an independent room located upstairs.

Despite its serene location, we are conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Just a short drive away, you will find Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, the national road 88, Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, Saint Julien Chapteuil, and Le Puy-en-velay. For those seeking winter sports, the Les Estables ski resort is only 30 minutes away.

Children will never be bored here, thanks to our unique activities area. They can enjoy a climbing wall, a mini ramp skateboard, a table soccer set, a treehouse with a valley view, a swing for the little ones, and a goal for sports enthusiasts. The Le Pertuis Via Ferrata is also just a short five-minute drive away.

Our holiday cottage offers a comfortable and well-equipped living space. The main room features an open-concept kitchen and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a leather sofa and chair, a large table with six chairs, and a night area with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, shower, and sink, as well as another independent bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed, shower, and sink. A WC is located on the ground floor.

Outside, guests can relax on the 20m² ground floor patio or the 50m² patio upstairs, both offering scenic views. The cottage is surrounded by 3500m² of land, providing ample space for outdoor activities. Pets are welcome to join in on the vacation.

Additional amenities include a big baker oven for wood-fired pizza making, a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.
