Welcome to la Ferme de Marchezais! This charming rural gîte is conveniently located near Paris, Normandie, and Chartres, making it the perfect destination for your getaway. Set within a working farm that specializes in pony breeding, you'll have the unique opportunity to experience rural life up close.The gîte itself offers a private and spacious accommodation measuring 116 m². On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. There is also a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a WC and a bathroom for your convenience.
Upstairs, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is also a shower and WC on this level. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the gîte is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine. On chilly evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace, and during warmer days, you can relax in the garden or enjoy a delicious barbecue.

Directions
To get to Serville, follow these travel directions: Take the RN12 road located between Houdan and Dreux. Once on the road, take the Marolles exit and head towards Anet. When you reach Marchezais, make a left turn and continue until you reach Serville. The farm you are looking for will be the last one on your left.
