Welcome to "BEACH WALK," a charming house located just 100m from the sandy beach. This cozy accommodation is perfect for 2 to 6 people, offering a comfortable stay near the sea and the iconic Eckmühl lighthouse. The house features three south-facing bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and bath, and two toilets. Guests will also have access to a garage and courtyard.The property boasts a lovely enclosed garden with an electric gate, as well as a terrace furnished with garden furniture and chairs for relaxation. A barbecue is also available for outdoor dining. Additionally, the house provides baby equipment and internet access for convenience.
Visitors can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby Guilvinec, where they can witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the catch of the day. Indulge in local delicacies such as lobsters, crabs, fish, and the famous crepes.
All necessary amenities can be found just 800m from the house, and guests can easily reach the local market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings by foot, with a market trolley available for use.
The rental price ranges from 220 to 900 per week, excluding charges. Prices may vary depending on the season. During the off-season and peak periods, the rates are 220/260 per week. School holidays (excluding summer) are priced at 350 per week. In June and September, the rates are 350/375/400 per week. For the summer of 2024 (July/August), the minimum booking is two weeks, with prices ranging from 750 to 900 per week.
