Located on the ground floor of our villa, this separate entrance accommodation offers two bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the other has two single beds, making it ideal for families or friends. Both bedrooms open up to a lovely terrace overlooking the beautiful south garden of the villa, offering the option to access the garden directly. The bathroom, conveniently located adjacent to the guest rooms, includes a WC. The villa is conveniently situated just 200 meters away from the beach and is also a short walk from the town center. You will find all necessary amenities and shops within close proximity, with Perpignan only a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, there is an additional room available in the garden, equipped with a double bed, shower, and toilet facilities.
