Rent this independent guesthouse for a comfortable stay in Charente Maritime, near La Rochelle on the beautiful Atlantic coast. The guesthouse is located within a closed property with plenty of trees and a large swimming pool. It can accommodate up to four people and offers a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, complete with sunbathing armchairs. The guesthouse also features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and separate toilets.The house is situated in the small village of Poléon, part of the Saint Georges du Bois commune, and is conveniently located near Surgères, which has a TGV train station and all necessary amenities. Paris is approximately 400 km away via toll road, and La Rochelle and Rochefort are both within 30 km. Poléon is also located near the famous Marais-Poitevin, known as the "Green Venise," and the charming Island of Ré is only a 30-minute drive away, offering picturesque harbors and sandy beaches.
